Street Food

The best tasting food in Thailand cannot be found in any restaurants but rather on their city streets. As you go walking along their streets especially during night time you will see many stalls lining the road side. Most of these stalls offer different goodies from grilled meat and seafood to their traditional noodles. And the best thing about street food besides being delicious is that it is affordable compare to prices in the restaurants.

You can either choose to eat there as they have stall and table or bring your food to your hotel. Just make sure if you bring it to your hotel that the management do not prohibits bringing of street food. But, personally I prefer to eat there, its more exciting and you can feel like a local. It is not so hard to find this  street food vendor because they are almost everywhere in Bangkok.  Since, these establishments are frequented by local and foreigners alike.

This is also helpful if you are in your adventurous mood and suddenly get thirsty or hungry from all those walking, then just grab a drink and a snack and you are done. Some commonly sold food in these street vendors are fresh fruit juices, grilled pork strips, bacon stick, pork balls, tempura, roasted pork, popsicles, noodles, etc. The best street food are located in Chinatown so check it out if you ever go to Bangkok or are already there. And the best noodles is located in Raan Jay Fai in Old Bangkok. So why don’t you start walking the streets of Bangkok now and see why their street food are one of the best tasting meal in the city.
